Manual Sign-out of visitors

To manually sign out a visitor, please follow the steps below:

  1. Log into the admin dashboard: Go to https://admin.smartlobby.co/ and use the same credentials as the ones used to install the SmartLobby app on your tablet.

  2. Navigate to the “Visits” section: Once logged in, go to the "Visits" section of the admin dashboard.

  3. Select a date range: Adjust the date range as needed to display the visitor you want to sign out.

  1. Sign out the visitor: You will see a “Sign Out” button next to each visitor entry. Click on the button to sign out individual visits.
