SmartLobby Pocket Edition

SmartLobby now has a pocket version that is supposed to be used as a companion to the kiosk verion.

The Pocket edition is for employees, contractors and frequent visitors.

This allows your employees to sign in using their mobile phones

An admin needs to invite colleagues, employees and others by going to the admin dashboard under https://admin.smartlobby.co/#/pocket-users This will send an email to the colleague.

SmartLobby Pocket edition is available on both

• Apple App store and on
• Google Play Store

Note that there are many pre-defined roles as shown in the table below
