SmartLobby Multiple Admin Accounts

You have set up SmartLobby with your business email address.

A colleague wants to have access to the company SmartLobby dashboard so that they can also manage the system together with you or in your absence.

Or he/she wants to install SmartLobby on his or her phone so that he/she can sign in visitors.

You can set up an admin account for your colleague in the “Admins” section of the dashboard.

Your colleague needs some credentials to log in:

  • If your company email is hosted by Google, no action needs to be taken; his/her and your existing Google credentials can be used to log in.
  • In other cases, your colleague will have to create credentials at https://id.smartlobby.co/users/register.

Note: This feature is available only for the Starter Subscription and above.
