SmartLobby Sign out fields

SmartLobby has 2 types of sign-out fields.

Predefined fields, and bespoke fields.

Pre-defined Sign-Out Fields and Workflow Configuration

In this section, you can turn on or off common fields such as the “Visitor Satisfaction Survey” etc.
This list keeps growing. You can contact us if you need a common field to be added
After installing your system, you certainly want to go through this list where you can enable or disable field.
You can choose to enable a given field only for a certain visitor type

Bespoke Sign-Out Fields and Workflow Configuration

In this section, you can define your very own field if they are not defined in the Pre-defined sign-out field section
This is very powerful and makes SmartLobby very flexible to use.
For instance you can define here fields that are very specific to your own business

The fields could be of many types i.e.

• Text : free text input
• Number: 1, 2, ….
• Select: a list of values like Yes, No or January, February….
