SmartLobby Sign in fields

SmartLobby has 2 types of sign-in fields.

Predefined fields, and bespoke fields.

Pre-defined Sign-In Fields and Workflow Configuration

In this section, you can turn on or off common fields ranging from “Photo”, “Phone Number”, “Car Reg Number”, “Body temperature”, “Reason of visit” etc.
This list keeps growing.
After installing your system, you certainly want to go through this list where you can enable or disable field.
You can choose to enable a given field only for a certain visitor type only

Bespoke Sign-In Fields and Workflow Configuration

In this section, you can define your very own field if they are not defined in the Pre-defined field section
This is very powerful and makes SmartLobby very flexible to use.
For instance you can define here fields that are very specific to your own business

The fields could be of many types i.e.

• Text : free text input
• Number: 1, 2, ….
• Select: a list of values like Yes, No or January, February….
