Roll call
The Roll call page in the admin dashboard shows who is currently signed in at the selected location. It is intended for safety and reception workflows—for example during a fire drill or when you need an up-to-date list of people on site.
What you can do
- Review signed-in visitors in a searchable table (name, contact details, visitor type, host, check-in time, and other columns your account displays, such as company or vehicle registration).
- Filter the list when your configuration supports it (for example by department).
- Download visits as a file export when there are results in the list.
- Email the roll call to your fire wardens (or the account’s main email if no fire-warden email is set for the location). You are asked to confirm before the message is sent.
Permissions
Viewing roll call and sending the email export may require separate permissions. If you do not see Roll call in the menu, or actions are missing, ask an administrator to adjust your dashboard permissions.
