Printing SmartLobby Visitor Kiosk Badges from Windows

The desktop implementation relies on the system printers.

So, you will first need to install the printer driver for Windows and label printer. For instance, for the QL-820NWB, the Windows driver can be downloaded from the Brother QL-820NWB driver page.

After the driver is installed, make sure you set the correct label width i.e 62mm and color/monochrome.

Print a test page. If all is OK, make the printer the default printer on the machine.

You will now need to enable printing on the admin dashboard.
