Anonymous events and e-tickets

The Events (anonymous / e-ticket) section in the admin dashboard is for managing events where attendees check in with tickets without a full visitor profile in advance—useful for conferences, open days, or large one-off gatherings.

Requirements

The screen explains when e-tickets are not enabled for your account (for example due to subscription). If you see a disabled message, contact your administrator or SmartLobby support.

Managing events

When the feature is active you can:

  • Create a new event with name, location, start and end dates, and other fields your form shows.
  • View participant counts and open attendance or details from the list actions.
  • Edit or delete events you are allowed to change.
  • Generate or download badge or ticket assets where your workflow provides those buttons.

Event check-in often relies on devices (tablets or kiosks) being set up for the right location—the dashboard may link you to Devices for setup.

Permissions

Creating and editing events requires the appropriate dashboard permission. Read-only users may only see the list or a subset of actions.
